AusLogics Emergency Recovery is a handy data recovery software that allows you to recover accidentally deleted or lost files due to virus attacks and software faults in minutes. It supports most hard and floppy disks, digital cameras and memory cards. The program scans your computer or drive and instantly shows you deleted files in a simple and intuitive user interface.
The program also offers additional utilities that completely delete documents and pictures so that they cannot be restored by any undeletion program. In this way, you will protect your sensitive data from being exposed to potentially dangerous programs. Unlike most undeleters, iAusLogics Emergency Recovery includes a built-in file and free space wiper and a drive image utility that is capable of creating an exact copy of a disk.
The application offers two modes: Easy and Advanced, but in general, it's really easy to use since it doesn't include complicated options. Configuration wizard allows you to change the default recovery folder and offers the possibility of integrating the program with Windows Explorer. The options become available through the context menu, and you can restore files directly by right-clicking on a directory. All in all, AusLogics Emergency Recovery is a nice program to recover deleted data, but there's nothing special in this regard.
It supports Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003 Server/Vista.
